The large-scale community combines mixed-income housing with approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space, 15,000 square feet of resident amenities, and 5,000 square feet of community space serving the surrounding Jamaica neighborhood.

Developed by BRP Companies, with architectural design by Perkins Eastman and construction led by Skycore Builders, the project was designed to bring contemporary residential living and an extensive amenity offering to Downtown Jamaica.
