69 Adams Street, now known as Bridgeview DUMBO, is a completed 26-story luxury rental development located in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn, directly adjacent to the iconic Manhattan Bridge. Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects for The Rabsky Group, the development features 225 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, along with 90 attended parking spaces and a collection of modern lifestyle amenities.

The architecture was conceived to create a strong connection with the surrounding DUMBO neighborhood while introducing a contemporary high-rise presence to the existing urban fabric. Residents benefit from a 24-hour attended concierge lobby, furnished rooftop deck, state-of-the-art fitness center, and lounge and gaming spaces, complemented by expansive views of the Manhattan skyline.

For the residences, GFO Stone supplied GFO Quartz Carrara Hacienda GQ1001 for kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities. Featuring a refined white foundation with subtle marble-inspired veining and a polished finish, Carrara Hacienda delivers the sophisticated appearance of natural stone with the practical performance expected in a modern residential development. The quartz was supplied in jumbo 130" × 65" slabs and 3 cm thickness, providing a durable, low-maintenance surface suited to everyday residential use.

The project reflects a successful integration of contemporary architecture, refined interiors, and durable surface materials, with GFO Quartz contributing to the elegant and functional character of the 225 residences.

Delivering the stone package for 69 Adams Street required balancing the demands of a large-scale multifamily development with the need for consistent design, performance, and installation across numerous residential units. The selected material needed to provide a sophisticated marble-inspired aesthetic while meeting the durability and low-maintenance requirements of high-traffic residential environments.

GFO Stone supplied GFO Quartz Carrara Hacienda GQ1001 in jumbo 130" × 65" slabs and 3 cm thickness, helping maximize material efficiency while maintaining visual consistency throughout the kitchens and bathrooms.
